We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that shipping your goods may take longer than expected if you do not live in Switzerland.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
European Union 3 days reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
refund
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
